Sales Executive – Leisure & Corporate Accounts

About the role

As a Sales Executive you will manage Leisure, Corporate and Group accounts within the Sales & Marketing department, working with local and international travel agents, tour operators and conference‑meeting‑incentive organizers. You will be responsible for driving revenue from assigned agencies and supporting the Director of Sales in achieving the targets set out in the Sales & Marketing Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Solicit new and existing customers, maintain regular contact by phone, email or personal visits, and set up appointments and site inspections.
• Negotiate offers and contracts for individual and group business, and follow up on lost business to gather market intelligence.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database (SFA) and prepare detailed sales call reports.
• Entertain client decision‑makers in the hotel’s F&B outlets and participate in promotional events.
• Develop and present special packages, programs and promotional activities in collaboration with the sales team.
• Prepare weekly activity reports covering sales calls, site inspections, fam trips and entertainment events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a multinational setting.
• Proven organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera and Sales & Catering systems.
