Sales Manager – Anglophone West Africa

About the role

Epiroc is looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead its Anglophone West Africa business. You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, building high‑performing teams and delivering innovative mining equipment and services that improve customer productivity, safety and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies across Anglophone West Africa.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team to meet business objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, negotiations and contract closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support to ensure optimal solution delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in mining equipment sales, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Strategic thinker with solid problem‑solving and commercial acumen.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
