Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive enrolment and revenue growth for IMPROTECH Training Centre by shaping and executing integrated sales and marketing plans. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on team leadership across Accra and the Tema region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to deliver high performance and accountability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase customer acquisition.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand visibility initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and CRM data to support accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee revenue collection processes to ensure timely payments and healthy cash flow.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business growth strategies.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a sales team.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring pipelines, forecasting and reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
