Security Guard – Full-time Shift Role

About the role

The company is seeking dedicated Security Guards to protect its premises across the Accra and Tema region. This full‑time position involves monitoring access, patrolling facilities, and responding to incidents while working 12‑hour rotating shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to assigned premises, verifying visitors, employees, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify and prevent security risks.
• Report suspicious activities or incidents promptly.
• Protect company property, equipment, and assets from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents.
• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports.
• Enforce security procedures and site regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other security personnel to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform additional security‑related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum SHS/WASSCE certificate.
• Valid Ghana Card.
• Male applicants only.
• Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including day or night.
• Reliability, punctuality, and responsibility.
