Senior Fashion Designer / Pattern Drafter

About the role

We are looking for a talented Senior Fashion Designer / Pattern Drafter to join our creative team in Accra. You will be responsible for turning design concepts into accurate patterns and high‑quality garment samples, ensuring that every piece meets our standards of fit and construction.

Key responsibilities

• Draft precise patterns from sketches, photographs, measurements and existing samples.
• Develop and modify garment prototypes, conducting fittings and making necessary adjustments.
• Identify and resolve fitting and construction issues throughout the development process.
• Sew and finish sample garments to a high standard.
• Guide production staff on garment construction techniques.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are executed correctly.
• Maintain high‑quality standards and accurate measurements across all stages of production.

Required profile

• Excellent pattern drafting and garment construction abilities.
• Strong sewing and finishing skills.
• Ability to interpret sketches, pictures, measurements and samples.
• Good understanding of fit, measurements and garment proportions.
• Experience in ready‑to‑wear production is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.

• Competitive salary ranging from GHS 2,500 to GHS 3,500 per month.
