Site Manager

About the role

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all on‑site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. This role coordinates internal teams and subcontractors, acting as the primary point of contact for site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise daily work on the construction site.
• Coordinate internal crews and subcontractors to meet project schedules.
• Monitor progress against deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and conduct regular safety checks.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior site management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in civil construction.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and markings.
• Leadership, organisational and planning capabilities.
• High sense of responsibility and result‑orientation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
