Store Manager – Premium Retail (Accra, Ghana)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the flagship showroom of a premium international brand in Accra. The role combines sales leadership, customer experience, and commercial execution to drive growth in a dynamic market.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue, margin, and performance targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve strong commercial results.
• Maintain visual merchandising and showroom presentation in line with brand guidelines.
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients such as architects, contractors, and developers.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and provide insights for commercial decisions.
• Manage inventory, order processing, and after‑sales service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in a structured retail environment.
• Preferably experience in the tile & ceramic industry or broader building materials/home improvement sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing teams.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales management, and stock control.
• Commercially minded with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
