Technology Specialist – Entry‑Level Training Program

About the role

Axxend University offers a 6‑to‑18‑month paid training program designed to bridge the gap between university studies and professional IT work. As a Technology Specialist trainee you will gain hands‑on experience with Microsoft technologies and other enterprise solutions while being mentored by senior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in online and on‑site training modules covering infrastructure and software development.
• Assist senior engineers on real client projects under supervision.
• Complete certification exams from Microsoft, SAP, HP, Oracle and Cisco.
• Shadow senior employees to acquire practical, day‑to‑day IT operational skills.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (or national service participant) with a degree or equivalent in IT or a related field.
• Good communication skills and a strong desire to learn.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, or both.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies.
