Telehandler or Forklift Operator

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Ghana and focuses on operating telehandlers or forklifts to support daily warehouse and yard activities. You will safely move, lift, and stack materials, load and unload trucks, and ensure goods reach their designated storage locations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate telehandler or forklift equipment according to safety standards.
• Load and unload trucks, transport pallets, and stack materials in the warehouse or yard.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Assist with packing, organizing inventory, and preparing shipments.
• Collaborate closely with shipping and receiving teams to ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and follow all company policies.

Required profile

• Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, or similar material‑handling equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse, yard, or industrial material‑handling processes.
• Understanding of shipping & receiving documentation and procedures.
• Valid equipment operation certification or license where applicable.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move materials as required.
