Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our logistics team. The role involves handling incoming goods, maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting order fulfilment in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming goods accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for dispatch according to order requirements.
• Ensure proper storage using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Update inventory data in ERP/WMS systems and monitor stock levels.
• Report shortages or discrepancies and coordinate with logistics, sales and procurement teams.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order and safety standards.
• Follow company safety and HSE policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
