Warehouse Officer – Logistics & Inventory Management

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Officer to join Epiroc Equipment Ghana Ltd. in Obuasi. The role is central to our Parts & Services Division, ensuring smooth logistics and accurate inventory management to support our customers across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Receive shipments, verify documentation and inspect goods for accuracy.
• Store and organize items on racks and shelves, optimizing space and adhering to safety standards.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders promptly to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, conduct daily cycle counts and support monthly and annual stock audits.
• Prepare inventory reports and communicate stock movements to management.
• Ensure warehouse security, housekeeping, compliance with documentation procedures and effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock audits and quality inspection processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively, lead when needed and adapt to changing priorities.
