About the role
The Youth Director will provide communications, administrative, and project management support to the COR(E) and Operations teams, ensuring smooth coordination and effective delivery of youth‑focused initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the COR(E) team with internal and external communications.
- Handle administrative duties, including documentation and record‑keeping.
- Support project management activities such as planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate with Operations to align youth programs with organizational goals.
Required profile
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
