Accountant – Finance and Reporting

About the role

Eleventh Space is looking for an Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounts and deliver accurate, timely financial reports. You will work closely with the internal accountant responsible for tax filings and statutory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of invoices, expenses, receipts and payments with supporting documents.
• Reconcile bank and cash accounts monthly, resolve discrepancies and outstanding entries.
• Manage customer invoicing, payment allocation, collections follow‑up and supplier balances.
• Complete month‑end accounts and prepare profit‑and‑loss statements, balance sheets, cash‑flow reports and outstanding balances.
• Prepare payroll and provide supporting records and schedules for tax and statutory compliance.
• Track client revenue and project costs, support budgeting, and highlight cash‑flow and profitability concerns.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience, including bank reconciliations and month‑end reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Practical experience with Zoho Books.
• Strong Excel skills.
