About the role
Join First National Bank Ghana's Retail Banking talent team as a Private Banker, focusing on high‑net‑worth and affluent clients in the Accra and Tema region.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively acquire new clients and grow an existing portfolio through high‑touch, personalized relationships.
- Achieve revenue targets by expanding client balances, cross‑selling transactional and lending products, and reducing cost of capital.
- Identify and market premium banking solutions such as overdrafts, mortgages, vehicle finance, and personal loans.
- Manage client campaigns, track performance, and ensure client satisfaction measured via Net Promoter Score.
- Provide accurate, timely service, resolve complaints, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
Required profile
- Relevant degree with 3‑5 years of client‑facing experience in wealth or private banking.
- Proven track record of building and expanding client relationships and meeting sales targets.
- Strong analytical ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Commitment to compliance, risk management, and governance standards.
