About the role

The University is looking for a dynamic, self‑motivated Accounting Assistant to join its finance team. The successful candidate will be expected to exercise sound judgement, responsibility and discretion while supporting daily accounting operations.

Key responsibilities

Prepare statements of accounts
Check and verify current accounts
Prepare bank reconciliation statements
Handle correspondence related to financial matters
Supervise the work of junior staff members

Required profile

HND in Accounting or a related field from a recognised institution
Completion of national service
