Accounts Administrator

About the role

The Accounts Administrator will oversee the company's accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time. This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting smooth cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third‑party vendors.
• Process bank deposits and reconcile financial statements.
• Prepare, send and store invoices; contact clients and send payment reminders.
• Submit tax forms and identify discrepancies.
• Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.

Required profile

• Background in finance or accounting, with familiarity in bookkeeping.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with financial data accurately.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple financial records.
• Ability to reconcile accounts and generate clear reports.
• Effective communication with clients and vendors regarding payment status.

Required skills

• Knowledge of standard accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and spreadsheet tools.
