Actress – Voice and Live‑Action Roles

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Actress position in Accra will involve performing voice and, when needed, live‑action roles for animated and mixed‑media projects. The successful candidate will interpret scripts, develop characters and deliver emotionally engaging performances while collaborating with a multidisciplinary creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Attend rehearsals, recording sessions and table reads.
• Interpret scripts and develop characters for animated and mixed‑media projects.
• Take direction from directors and producers to refine timing, tone and characterization.
• Collaborate with casting teams, writers, animators and sound engineers throughout production.
• Participate in promotional activities such as trailers, social‑media content or live events.
• Maintain professional conduct on set, be punctual and adapt quickly to script revisions.

Required profile

• Strong acting and drama abilities, including character development and script interpretation.
• Music‑related skills such as vocal control, rhythm and, when required, singing.
• Familiarity with casting processes, audition preparation and self‑tape recording.
• Understanding of film production environments and on‑set etiquette.
• Excellent verbal communication, clear diction and ability to perform in English (and other local languages).
• Reliability, time‑management and ability to work collaboratively in a creative team.
• Formal training in acting, theatre or performing arts and prior experience in voice acting, stage, film or television is a plus.
