Director of Corporate Affairs

About the role

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ghanaians for the vacant Director of Corporate Affairs position at Ghana Broadcasting Corporation. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director General and will lead the corporate affairs division.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and implement policies for efficient operations and management of the division.
• Lead human‑resource development and management within the division.
• Prepare and administer the divisional budget.
• Introduce innovative measures, policies, and practices to ensure efficient utilisation of the corporation’s assets and infrastructure.
• Provide regular management information to facilitate decision‑making.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with strong analytical writing and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Arts or Social Science (Journalism or Communication).
• At least ten years of relevant experience, including a minimum of five years in a senior management position in broadcasting or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop and implement corporate policies and manage budgets.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
