Administrative Support for Area Banking Sales VP

About the role
The role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Area Banking Sales Africa Vice President, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings and arrange domestic/international travel.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, minutes and resolutions.
- Maintain organization charts, phone lists, and absence/vacation spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with corporate facilities and other internal groups on behalf of the team.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing and responding when appropriate.
- Provide daily assistance to the reporting manager, ensuring timely communication with internal and external parties.
- Support weekly outlook reporting calls covering the region.
- Maintain an orderly office environment and perform general office duties.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of related administrative experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity.
