Agency Growth & Creative Lead

About the role

Kr8ive Impakt Advertising is seeking a dynamic Agency Growth & Creative Lead to drive business development, lead creative campaigns and enhance its digital presence. Reporting to the CEO, you will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to expand the client base and deliver high‑impact advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline and lead client pitches.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee the creative and design team, develop innovative campaign concepts and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated advertising, brand activation and experiential projects.
• Define and implement the agency’s social‑media and digital strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create and supervise short‑form video content, reels, captions and digital campaign assets.
• Maintain accurate financial records, monitor project budgets and support financial reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, assign responsibilities and promote accountability to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Creative, strategic and commercially minded professional with strong business development experience.
• Confident communicator, presenter and negotiator.
• Organised, able to handle basic financial records and company books.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, communications, events or brand activations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in social‑media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Knowledge of digital content creation and short‑form video production.
• Basic accounting and budget management skills.
