About the role
Prudential is looking for an Agency Recruitment Executive to lead agency leaders and teams at its Takoradi branch. The role focuses on achieving manpower targets and onboarding new agents in line with the High Caliber Recruitment Framework.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the recruitment strategy by sourcing, scouting, and profiling high‑calibre candidates.
- Manage recruitment and training activities, ensuring alignment with IBP and recruitment guidelines and providing accurate reporting.
- Deliver business opportunity presentations and onboarding training to new agents, turning them into productive contributors.
- Lead new initiatives that support and enhance the recruitment strategy.
Required profile
- Ability to engage stakeholders and meet assigned targets.
- Strong adherence to recruitment frameworks and guidelines.
