Agency Support Executive

About the role

Prudential is looking for an Agency Support Executive to provide efficient administrative, operational and compliance support to its agency sales force. The role ensures smooth onboarding, licensing, issue resolution and termination processes while maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review agent files, create Agent IDs within five working days and maintain accurate onboarding records.
• Coordinate trainee, substantive and renewal licensing, track expiry dates and support timely renewals.
• Receive, document, escalate and resolve agent‑related issues, providing feedback to agents and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly termination files, send SMS notifications and update databases with terminated agents.
• Monitor annual compliance refresher test completion, follow up with agents and sales leaders, and report non‑compliance.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and other reporting materials as required.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with agents, sales leaders and internal teams.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work under agreed turnaround times.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes in the insurance sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations.
