AI Engineer – Human‑Led AI Orchestration

About the role

The AI Engineer will help build the world’s first Human‑Led AI Orchestration Layer, a platform that keeps humans in control of AI through clear Action Points. You will design and implement intelligence pipelines that turn raw data into human‑directed outcomes, ensuring every component is production‑grade, secure, and revenue‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑driven workflows for summarization, recommendation, classification, and orchestration.
• Develop and optimise LLM‑powered systems and agentic AI patterns that operate under explicit human guardrails.
• Translate unstructured data and spoken input into structured Action Points aligned with user goals.
• Build real‑time speech‑to‑text pipelines using Azure Speech SDK, supporting multilingual transcription and intent detection.
• Deploy AI services with FastAPI, integrate securely with backend systems, and ensure scalable performance in Azure cloud environments.
• Implement safety guardrails, human‑in‑the‑loop controls, and evaluation frameworks for consistent AI output quality.
