React Native Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a senior React Native Engineer to join our Kumasi office on a contract basis. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality mobile applications that align with client needs and our product vision.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement React Native mobile solutions from architecture through to delivery.
• Provide accurate project estimations and maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead technical planning sessions, translate user stories into actionable tasks, and ensure timely progress.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, QA engineers, and other developers to guarantee high code quality and successful releases.
• Participate actively in daily stand‑ups, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mobile development.
• Proven ability to work onsite full‑time and engage directly with clients.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on proactive updates and issue resolution.
• Leadership mindset, capable of guiding junior team members and influencing technical decisions.
