Analista Order to Cash SSR

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Order to Cash Analyst (SSR) to join Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes. The role combines process automation, data analysis and support for commercial operations in a dynamic beverage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify automation and continuous‑improvement opportunities within the Order to Cash area.
• Research, evaluate and implement new tools that enhance operational and commercial management.
• Provide support and analysis for applications used by distributors and customers, including SAP and Track.
• Analyze retained orders, determine root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Manage and monitor cash receipt processes and account statements in Track.
• Develop analytical reports and indicators to improve collection efficiency and commercial management.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams, especially the Paraguay Collections team, to ensure proper process execution.
• Create numerical reports that facilitate decision‑making.
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives using Copilot, Python and other emerging technologies.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Familiarity with Track system (preferred).
• Basic Python programming (preferred).
• Experience with Copilot or similar automation tools (preferred).
• Power BI knowledge (preferred).
