About the role
We are a leading ICT services company seeking an Application Support Specialist to install and support our accounting and other software solutions for customers. The role involves working directly with clients to ensure successful deployment and ongoing assistance. You will collaborate with the sales and implementation teams to deliver high‑quality service to clients in Accra and the surrounding Tema region. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot software issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Install accounting and other software marketed by the company on customers' PCs.
- Provide end‑user support for the software marketed by the company.
Required profile
- HND in Accounting, Marketing or IMIS.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced team.
