About the role
We are seeking an experienced Architect or Interior Architect to lead the execution and on‑site management of high‑end residential and commercial projects in Accra. The successful candidate will ensure that design intent, quality standards, and project timelines are met while coordinating closely with all construction stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise on‑site execution and finishing works for luxury projects.
- Coordinate daily activities with contractors, MEP teams, and external consultants.
- Review and approve construction drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Maintain exceptional quality control, ensure timely delivery, and verify compliance with project specifications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- 5–6+ years of hands‑on site execution experience, preferably on high‑end projects.
- Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, construction detailing, and building codes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Revit.
