Architect – Interior Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Architect to join our dynamic team in East Legon, Accra. The role focuses on interior design projects, guiding them from concept through to completion while collaborating closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to capture their needs, goals and style preferences.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards and 3D renderings.
• Produce technical drawings, floor plans and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and related tools.
• Select and source materials, finishes, furniture and accessories.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity, quality and progress.
• Present design ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a team of designers, project managers and consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of professional experience with a strong focus on interior design.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative design thinking and executed projects.
• Excellent eye for detail, colour, proportion and functionality.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines.
