About the role

The Ghana Technology University College is seeking an experienced academic leader to serve as Associate Dean for its Graduate School. This senior position will guide the strategic direction of doctoral programmes and support the university’s research mission.

Key responsibilities

Chair the Doctoral Programmes, overseeing curriculum development, quality assurance and student progress.
Provide academic leadership and mentorship to faculty involved in graduate teaching and research.
Collaborate with university administration to align graduate studies with institutional goals.
Represent the Graduate School in internal and external forums, fostering partnerships and research collaborations.

Required profile

PhD holder with substantial scholarly credentials suitable for a senior lecturer appointment.
Minimum three (3) years of post‑qualification teaching experience at the tertiary level.
At least two (2) years of experience in an academic leadership role.
Demonstrated record of research, publication and supervision of graduate students.
