Associate Professor, Business School (Various Departments)

About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) invites applications for the rank of Associate Professor within its Business School. Candidates may apply to any of the listed departments, including Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management. This position involves teaching, supervising, conducting research, and contributing to community service and faculty development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality undergraduate and postgraduate lectures and seminars.
• Supervise student projects, theses, and dissertations.
• Conduct and publish scholarly research in recognized journals.
• Participate in departmental and university committees.
• Engage in community outreach and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Current appointment as Associate Professor at a recognized university, or a Senior Lecturer with at least four years of experience seeking promotion.
• Minimum of ten publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Three professional referees with contact details.
