About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) invites applications for the rank of Associate Professor within its Business School. Candidates may apply to any of the listed departments, including Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching and supervision for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
• Conduct scholarly research and publish in recognised academic journals.
• Engage in community service and contribute to faculty development initiatives.
• Participate in curriculum design, assessment, and academic governance.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Current appointment as Associate Professor at a recognised university, or a Senior Lecturer with at least four years of experience and ten peer‑reviewed publications.
• Demonstrated record of research, teaching excellence, and service.
• Three professional referees whose contact details can be provided.
