Audit and Stock Control Officer

About the role

The Audit and Stock Control Officer will ensure accurate cash, sales and inventory control across our operations in Accra and Tema. You will be responsible for reconciling physical stock with system records, overseeing sales closures and supporting internal audits.

Key responsibilities

• Close sales with cashiers at the end of each shift and reconcile all payments.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile inventory daily and investigate discrepancies.
• Review stock movements, monitor reorder levels and ensure proper recording of transfers.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly audit and stock reports highlighting variances.
• Support internal audits of inventory and collaborate with procurement and finance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑2 years experience in audit, stock control, reconciliation or inventory management; F&B, hospitality or retail experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
