Performance & Planning Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Performance & Planning Analyst to join the WAC Business Unit of Coca‑Cola Ghana. You will drive business planning, forecasting, performance management and governance, turning data into actionable decisions that support growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate annual business planning and forecasting cycles across multiple markets, consolidating inputs into a unified Business Unit view.
• Challenge assumptions on volume, pricing, margins and costs to improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop and maintain performance scorecards and management dashboards monitoring revenue, profitability, margins, working capital and debt.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business review materials, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and track action plans.
• Maintain risk and opportunity trackers, ensuring mitigation plans are established and monitored.
• Support long‑range planning and scenario analysis, coordinating data across Commercial, Finance, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business planning or performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field; professional finance qualifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools, dashboards and multi‑source datasets.
