About the role

AutoShack Ghana is seeking a skilled Auto Diagnostician to join its service team in Accra. The role involves using advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve electronic and electrical issues in modern vehicles, ensuring reliable performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using computer‑based diagnostic tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults, sensor malfunctions, and electronic system errors.
• Interpret diagnostic codes and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Document findings and communicate repair recommendations to technicians and customers.
• Maintain and calibrate diagnostic machines to ensure accurate fault detection.
• Stay updated on the latest vehicle electronic technologies and diagnostic procedures.

Required profile

• Experience with automotive diagnostics and modern vehicle electronics.
• Ability to operate diagnostic machines and interpret fault codes accurately.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Proficient computer usage.
• Proactive and technically inclined attitude.
