Auto Metal Mechanic – Heavy‑Duty Vehicle Maintenance

About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is looking for an experienced Auto Metal Mechanic to join its maintenance team. You will be responsible for keeping heavy‑duty vehicles and equipment such as trucks, excavators and loaders in optimal working condition, supporting the company’s production and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Perform welding and metal fabrication tasks as required.
• Carry out preventive maintenance inspections on trucks, excavators, loaders and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
• Ensure all work follows established safety standards.

Required profile

• Relevant certificate or apprenticeship in auto mechanics.
• Prior experience as an auto mechanic, preferably with heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
