Azubi Community Manager & Job Board Coordinator

About the role

The Azubi Community Manager & Job Board Coordinator will build and nurture an engaged alumni community, drive adoption of the Azubi Job Board, and support alumni in their career development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Azubi’s Slack and WhatsApp communities.
• Develop initiatives that strengthen alumni engagement and participation.
• Organise networking events, mentorship activities, and community sessions.
• Maintain regular communication and act as a key contact for alumni.
• Maintain a community content calendar aligned with career and engagement goals.
• Coordinate webinars, workshops, networking sessions, and other career‑related activities.
• Engage alumni as mentors, guest speakers, workshop facilitators, and success‑story contributors.
• Promote adoption and consistent use of the Azubi Job Board.
• Support alumni with onboarding, applications, and use of career resources.
• Track job board activity, applications, and placement outcomes.
• Collaborate with Employer Engagement teams to match alumni with relevant opportunities.
• Gather alumni feedback, re‑engage inactive members, and mobilise alumni as mentors, advocates, and hiring referrals.
• Track community engagement, job board activity, and placements; provide regular performance updates.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent organisation and coordination abilities.
• Experience in community management, career support, recruitment, customer success, or a related field.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities.
