About the role
The Bilingual Customer Service / Sales Officer will support customers and drive sales for the company operating in Ghana. The role requires fluency in French and strong negotiation abilities.
Required profile
- Fluent in French (bilingual)
- Degree in Administration, Business, Sales or equivalent
- Knowledge of mines operation
- Age between 25 and 40 years
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar customer service or sales role
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and travel within West Africa
- Residence in Tema or its environs
