BM Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven BM Marketing Executive to join our Building Materials team. You will be responsible for boosting showroom performance, coordinating marketing activities, and increasing market visibility for our brands Twyford, Micasso and Frencia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly showroom checking plans for all BM brands.
• Ensure salesmen, shop guiders and showroom managers submit spot‑check reports and approvals on time.
• Train new and existing staff on showroom standards, customer engagement and display guidelines; review performance in monthly meetings.
• Oversee showroom performance summary reports and manage incentive policies for sales teams.
• Coordinate with product teams to obtain launch images, materials and updates.
• Ensure new products are prominently displayed in key showroom locations.
• Manage marketing materials, display assets and showroom inventory to meet brand requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on showroom checks, product launches and overall performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, sales or showroom management, preferably in building materials or FMCG.
• Strong planning, communication and team‑leadership abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
