About the role
The Branch Manager will lead all aspects of branch operations, sales, and customer service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving profitability. This role is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience and fostering a high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage day‑to‑day branch operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Drive sales performance across deposits, loans, cards, and other retail products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor branch financial performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
- Coach, develop, and motivate staff to build a high‑performing team.
Required profile
- A first degree in any discipline; a relevant master’s degree is an advantage.
- A recognized professional certification is a plus.
- 5‑7+ years of retail banking experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
