About the role
We are a reputable, fast‑growing rural bank operating in the Bono Region of Ghana. We are seeking experienced Branch Managers to lead our branches and drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the activities of the branch.
- Handle branch operators in line with company standards.
- Safeguard all branch assets, including fixed assets and stock.
- Coordinate branch activities to align with the bank’s strategic plan.
- Manage branch liquidity.
- Develop business to generate deposits and increase revenue.
- Manage the branch loan portfolio.
- Authorize payments and daily entries.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to the CEO/Operations Manager.
Required profile
- First degree required; MBA is an added advantage.
- Partial qualifications in ICA, ACCA or CIB are a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience, including at least 2 years as a branch manager.
- Good knowledge of the T24 Banking application software.
