About the role
Sightsavers is seeking a Business and Disability Network (BDN) Coordinator to lead the Ghana Business and Disability Network (GBDN). The role focuses on fostering inclusive workplaces by connecting employers, sharing best practices, and promoting disability‑inclusive employment across Ghana.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of the GBDN and engage network members.
- Plan and deliver events, learning sessions, and employer roundtables.
- Monitor outcomes, produce short updates and success stories.
- Support fundraising initiatives and develop partnership opportunities to sustain the network.
- Champion safeguarding and disability‑inclusive approaches in all activities.
Required profile
- Experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising or network coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Understanding of disability inclusion and rights‑based approaches, or a strong commitment to learn.
- Excellent planning, organisational and reporting skills.
