About the role

We are a fast‑growing technology and financial services organization seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Sales and Marketing team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and implementing innovative business strategies to expand our market presence and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Sales and Marketing team to achieve business targets.
• Develop and execute business development strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Build sustainable systems and processes for sales performance and customer acquisition.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
• Develop pricing, promotional, and customer retention strategies.
• Strengthen client relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with management to align business goals with operational execution.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members for improved productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing leadership.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in fintech, telecom, technology, or financial services is a plus.
