About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development & Operations Manager to drive growth and oversee daily operations for Ankapee Eyewear in Accra. The role combines sales, marketing and operational responsibilities to expand our market presence and ensure smooth business processes.

Key responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing clients and contracts.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
Manage day‑to‑day business operations, especially in the absence of senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors and customers.
Represent the company in the market, attending events and networking to promote the brand.

Required profile

Proven experience in sales, marketing and business development.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
Strategic thinker with a results‑driven mindset.
Confidence, proactivity and the ability to work independently.
Leadership and organizational skills to manage operations effectively.
