About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead our company’s operations and drive strategic growth. The role involves overseeing employee performance, ensuring efficient use of resources, and aligning daily activities with the organization’s long‑term vision.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate strategic goals that support growth and profitability.
• Design, implement, and monitor business plans and operational strategies.
• Allocate and manage resources—including personnel, equipment, and materials—to meet project requirements.
• Organize and coordinate workflows to maximise productivity and operational efficiency.
• Supervise staff, provide feedback, and mentor teams to improve performance.
• Maintain and develop relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Collect, analyse, and report on internal and external data to assess company performance.
• Represent the organisation at conferences, events, and industry meetings.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior business management or similar leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and performance measurement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
