About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead our company’s operations and drive strategic growth. The role involves setting long‑term goals, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring that the business remains profitable and aligned with our vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate goals and objectives that promote growth and prosperity.
• Design and implement business plans and strategies to achieve those goals.
• Ensure the company has adequate resources (people, material, equipment) to complete its activities.
• Organise and coordinate operations to maximise productivity.
• Supervise employees, providing feedback and counsel to improve efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with partners, vendors and suppliers.
• Gather, analyse and interpret internal and external data, producing reports.
• Assess overall company performance against objectives.
• Represent the company at events, conferences and other external engagements.
• Ensure compliance with legal rules and guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
• Deep understanding of business operations, strategy and profitability.
• Ability to align initiatives with the company’s vision and culture.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making abilities.
