Business Support Administrator – Health & Benefits

About the role
We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join WTW’s Health & Benefits team in Ghana. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to business teams, ensuring smooth delivery of services to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Review, organise, file and distribute documentation such as policies, endorsements, invoices and receipts.
- Monitor and track incoming documents from clients, insurers and other parties.
- Enter and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets and business systems accurately.
- Assist with invoicing follow‑up and resolve routine administrative queries.
- Perform data verification checks to uphold record quality.
- Support business teams with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Follow company procedures, compliance requirements and service standards.
