Call Center Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a professional Call Center Specialist to join our banking team in Accra and Tema. You will handle inbound customer calls, provide accurate information on banking products, and ensure high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries courteously.
• Resolve complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide accurate information about banking products, services, and policies.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
• Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Meet and exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Call Center Specialist in the banking or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Ability to handle high‑stress situations and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using call center technology and telephony systems.
