Candidate & Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a confident, friendly and people‑focused professional to guide candidates through our recruitment technology platform. You will conduct onboarding sessions, answer questions and ensure candidates complete their profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group onboarding sessions
• Introduce candidates to the platform and its features
• Guide candidates through account and profile creation
• Assist candidates in adding skills, projects and experience
• Answer questions and provide ongoing support
• Follow up with candidates who have not completed onboarding
• Track onboarding progress and report metrics
• Share feedback on common candidate challenges

Required profile

• Excellent communicator, confident speaking to individuals and groups
• Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor
• Patient and able to explain concepts simply
• Organised with strong follow‑up abilities
• Comfortable using computers and online platforms
• Proactive, able to work independently
• No prior HR or recruitment experience required – communication skills are key

What we offer

• Salary of GHS 2,000 per month
• Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite at Weija Junction, 2 days remote
• Monday‑Friday schedule
