Certified IT Instructor – Full‑time, On‑site in Accra

About the role

Silvadew Technologies is seeking a Certified Instructor to join its Accra training centre. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on delivering instructor‑led courses that prepare learners for industry‑recognized IT certifications and professional digital‑skill roles.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver interactive classroom sessions covering computing, networking, cloud and cybersecurity topics.
• Demonstrate tools and technologies, assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop, update and align training materials with certification standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and program coordinators to ensure consistent training quality.
• Support corporate training initiatives and workforce development programs.

Required profile

• Strong instructional and facilitation abilities, including lesson planning and classroom management.
• Proficiency in IT and digital‑skill domains such as basic to intermediate computing, networking, cloud and cybersecurity; industry‑recognized certifications are a plus.
• Experience designing or adapting curricula and assessments for job‑ready skill development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Education or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
