Chef – Full-time Kitchen Leader

About the role

Super Bowl Restaurant & Bar is seeking a full-time Chef to lead its kitchen in Accra. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that reflect both Ghanaian flavours and international cuisine, ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
• Supervise, train and schedule kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Plan menus, develop new dishes and adapt offerings to seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
• Manage inventory, conduct stock checks and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in culinary preparation and cooking, with a strong understanding of Ghanaian and international dishes.
• Experience in kitchen management, including staff supervision and training.
• Ability to plan menus and manage inventory effectively.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus.
